Take the boardwalk down to the beach and enjoy walking along the sand with your thoughts - it's only 150 yards away! Recently renovated with new paint, kitchen and bathroom updates, this lovely Villa welcomes visitors with the comforts of home. Enjoy the awesome sunroom – a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or good conversation with family and friends! This lovely Villa features a full kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances, fully appointed with kitchen appliances and cookware. Watch a good show on the flatscreen TV then challenge someone to a game of tennis on the shared tennis court. Take the boardwalk down to the beach and enjoy walking along the sand with your thoughts - it's only 150 yards away!

Downtown Charleston is only 25 miles away, where the family can spend the day checking out pirate tours, art museums, beautifully landscaped gardens, and live concerts.
