Watch all types & sizes of watercraft from the balcony, see the daily gulf stream catches, yachts, paddle boarders, you name it! Less than a 2 minute walk to the ocean! PETS CONSIDERED WITH FEE! This well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 full bath beach condo is all you need for the most enjoyable vacation. Sleeps 6 w/ a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, TV's, WiFi, towels/sheets. Less than a 2 minute walk to the ocean! Assigned parking by unit number. PETS OK WITH FEE!!! Guests have access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo including 2 marked parking spaces & pool access when open. We are available at all times, just a text away and live a few blocks away. Right next door to the marina, Gulfsteam & Stoked Restaurants, Nollies Taco Joint, only blocks away from the boardwalk, Famous Britts Donuts, Crush & Grind coffee/beer/wine bar. Traffic can get backed up on Canal, but luckily you don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to! Bring bikes, rent them or golf carts. Local taxi service & Uber as well. PLEASE do NOT bring pets without a PRIOR approval. Lastly, PLEASE download the AirBnB app on your phone BEFORE you leave for your trip so you have quick access to ALL check-in instructions, access codes & your house manual.
