Property information

Watch the waves roll in from your oceanfront balcony at Sea Terrace 1003, a two-bedroom condo on the lovely shores of midtown Ocean City. This condo has been recently and thoughtfully remodeled for 2021, with complete renovations to the kitchen and both bathrooms. The kitchen features new cabinetry, new granite countertops, new flooring, and a new sink and over-range microwave. The granite island even includes three outlets with USB chargers for your mobile devices. The new primary bathroom includes a new shower, the hallway bathroom has a new bathtub, and both bathrooms feature new vanities, new medicine cabinets, and new lighting. In addition, the primary bedroom was painted a beautiful shade of yellow to enhance the beachy feel. Other wonderful features include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. The Sea Terrace is a uniquely designed, oceanfront building in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include a heated beachfront swimming pool, a sundeck, deck tennis, and direct access to the golden sand beach out back.
