Old Hollywood classic offers windows to the world with spacious light filled rooms, a small pool, and a short walk to La Jolla Shores Beach. A new roof top view deck is a perfect place for lounging, barbecuing, and dining al fresco, feeling and smelling the ocean air. The living room is accompanied by a dining area for 6 and a modern galley kitchen with every amenity and appliance you need to satisfy your culinary desires. The dining/kitchen area opens onto an enclosed patio with an informal outside dining table and comfortable seating.
