Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. This four bedroom Spanish style house in the heart of North Park will have you close to everything. Lots of breweries and world class breakfast or brunch options in walking distance. House has barbecue grill connected to gas and in old school Kingsford downstairs for all the dads. 15 minutes uber from SeaWorld, downtown, Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach... depending on traffic of course it's San Diego. The space The property features a downstairs private suite with small kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms, one being a pull out queen and adjacent full bathroom. Upstairs is the master king with views of San Diego. Two car garage with overflow free parking on the street that's safe but watch the signs for street sweeping twice a month. Fenced in backyard perfect for reading a book or have a mimosa on the upstairs porch.
