Quaint circa 1930’s motel and has that signature Bisbee charm you hear about. The rooms are just the right size it’s almost like a little bungalow. Eva? Sorry if incorrect was super courteous and gave us recommendations for food and entertainment! Sadly we had to cut our stay short but what we did experience we loved!

Canyon Rose Suites, hotel in Bisbee

Located in the heart of Old Bisbee of the historic Allen Block Building, this nonsmoking hotel offers suites with fully equipped kitchens.

This is the place to stay. Forget the famous hotel. Our suite was ready on time, thoughtfully equipped and furnished. The mini-split A/C is heavenly, scentless and whisper quiet (plus, you can dim it's light at night). The suite was as clean, or cleaner, than any accommodation that we could remember; no allergy issues. Have no comment about noise because there were few people around when we were there and we experienced no noise, only blissful sleep. These are, however, second floor rooms above an (apparently) popular lane, alley below. There is a thoughtful, help yourself, cabinet of supplies in the hall. In that cabinet are earplugs for which I presume there's an occasional need. Also, it's a very short walk to the coolest, finest little library you'll likely see anywhere and the finest restaurant south of I-10 from El Paso to Palm Springs. Café Roka.

The roads were a little confusing and very narrow.

The roads were a little confusing and very narrow. You would not want to take a large RV or pull a trailer through Old Bisbee. It was very picturesque, so if you like to take pictures of old houses and see old architecture, this is the place for you. Would be great to make puzzles from the pictures. We went on the mine tour and visited the mining museum, both were worth attending. Didn't have enough time to visit anything else as we were only there one day.

We loved the artistic, diverse, and eclectic feel of Bisbee.

We loved the artistic, diverse, and eclectic feel of Bisbee. The alleys with artist murals and sculptures made it feel like we were walking around in Italy, France, or a little beatnik city without having to get into a car to drive to locations. There was a little something for everyone from music, shopping, and food. Even the locals got into the interesting artistic décor with fences made out of multi colored iron board and beautiful gothic faces and angels.

Great place to visit alone or with family.

Great place to visit alone or with family. Highly recommend Cooper Mine Tour, the Night Ghost Tour. Many stores were not open maybe due to holidays? Walking shoes a must. Be sure to see all of Bisbee. Definitely will be back. Visiting from Tucson.

Bisbee is not worth the trip.

Bisbee is not worth the trip. Southern Arizona is dry and dead enough, driving all the way into a half-dead mining town is not uplifting. The trip into the mine was interesting, but did not feel very safe. The town is "trying", but i cannot recommend visiting with a good conscience

    We loved everything about Bisbee.

We loved everything about Bisbee. We loved the 100 plus year old charm, the old buildings, the haunted hotels, the restaurants. We love to park our car and walk everywhere so as not to miss a thing. We stopped and talked to the locals and discussed their businesses in town. We frequented many small businesses and made purchases so as to support them. There are many different tours available for those that like to enjoy the area with the guidance and knowledge of someone very familiar with the area as well. There is definitely a little something for everyone in Bisbee.

It came with breakfast, and it was made to order, and was delicious, the staff are super friendly 5 stars. The Grand is over 100 years old, Its decorated in a 1940"s style, not new and not fancy. The rooms all have names I stayed in the blue dream, it was clean and comfortable. The Grand goes along with the Bisbee feel, a little unorthodox, far out, and fun, but that's what you go there for. If you need to be in a five star Hotel this is not the place for you, if your looking for a different experience then stay here and enjoy Bisbee.

Beautiful hotel with so much history. Staff (the owners and Jennifer) were very welcoming. Special thanks to Jennifer for the hiking tips! The rooms were high-ceilinged with perfect natural lighting. What a great way to wake up each morning! The bed (extremely comfortable!) and furniture (both beautiful and utile) helped create the atmosphere. Great kitchen, too. The location is in the heart of Old Bisbee. So cool to step out onto the street! I can't really put into words how much I enjoyed my stay. I'd love to stay there again!

This is a very nice “period” hotel. Probably built in the early 1900’s. The owners have added some nice touches and updated it as much as they can without jeopardizing the historic integrity. However, if you are a very large person, the bathroom will be very hard to maneuver in. Very small with very low shower head, etc. but the kitchenette was more than ample and the location in old town Bisbee is perfect. I’ll go back next trip to Bisbee.
