Sanibel 303 is a family-friendly, direct oceanfront vacation condo that is also business-ready for work from home guests. It is completely remodeled, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with amenities to maximize guest comfort. This spacious luxury condo is in outstanding condition with 2200 sq ft of living area. The kitchen seats 8 and the new bar room seats 4 for Happy Hour! This condo is large, spacious, and furnished with all cookware, linens and towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, toys, bikes, and games. The over-sized balcony seats 8 in new and very comfortable swivel and reclining furniture. The Master Suite is private with balcony access and 2 bathroom sinks, separate walk-in shower, deep jetted whirlpool tub, walk-in closet, hairdryer, and adjustable high chair and playpen. The kitchen has all utensils, dishes, glasses, bakeware for cooking, upgraded cabinets and drawers, and a new walk-in pantry. A Keurig coffee maker, spices, toaster, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, wok, roaster, electric skillet, oven, stovetop, and microwave allow you to easily cook at home or enjoy one of many local restaurants nearby.
This oceanfront home is located exactly where the "drive beach" meets the "no-drive beach". From the balcony, glance to the left if you're a people watcher and to the right, if you prefer solitude -- boom -- the best of both worlds! Sanibel 303 has other unique benefits that you will enjoy discovering for yourself.
Located at the highly desirable Sanibel Condominium, amenities include a private, beachfront pool, hot tub, exercise room, clubhouse with billiard room, card tables, and full kitchen, underground gated parking, and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Sanibel Condominium is private property (not a public hotel) that is well maintained and in excellent condition. Located between the Atlantic Ocean and Halifax River, Daytona Beach Shores is on the southern part of Daytona Beach on Florida's east coast. There are many excellent local restaurants and attractions within walking distance or a short drive. These include Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine Science Center, Daytona Speedway, marina, boardwalk, arcade, water park, laser tag, go-karts, and goofy golf. Orlando's theme parks, New Smyrna Beach, St. Augustine, Ormond Beach, Cape Canaveral, and Cocoa Beach are all within an hour's drive.
