Recently updated for 2021, this condo features two new queen beds, a new queen sleeper sofa, two remodeled bathrooms, and new windows, flooring, and bedroom carpeting. Inside, you'll find amenities that include two large TVs with cable, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. A stacked washer/dryer, beach chairs, a cooler, and other included extras make your stay all the more comfortable. This condo is also equipped with partial air-conditioning via wall units. In this part of North Ocean City, you'll be less than a mile north of Northside Park, a 58-acre expanse with lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events.
