Property info

This newly remodeled rustic modern 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom plus a bonus loft, 2 car garage includes a private patio condominium and is located just 5 miles from the center of downtown. With stunning view of the red rocks and of the La Sal mountains and easy trail access, this is the perfect location for your HOV and trailers. At the end of a adventure filled day enjoy a dip in the pool or a soak in the hot tub.

Neighborhood info

This is a well known safe neighborhood. Parking isn't a problem for those who bring trailers in. 2024 Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: Hot Tub Schedule: *Hot tub will close for the season on Tuesday Jan. 2nd, 2024 OPEN Feb. 16tth-March 21st: 1pm-9pm. March 22nd- Oct. 21st 10am-9pm ***The HOA is closing the hot tub for repainting July 28th - August 5th Oct. 22nd-Jan. 2, 2025- 1pm-9pm *Hot tub is closed Jan. 3-Feb. 15th 2024 POOL Schedule: Opening Date: Friday March 22nd (weather permitting) Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 21st Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open **Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.
