The Schoolhouse is a duplex. This 3-Bedroom Charmer is a sunny, quiet haven for your visit to Knoxville. Just 10 minutes away from downtown and 12 to the university, you have UT football and Knoxville's best eateries & coffee shops right at your fingertips! We provide a guide to our favorite stops and menu items in case you're new to the area and need some recommendations. This property actually used to be a schoolhouse back in the early 1900's! We just renovated it to make it a homey place for your stay in Knoxville. Fully equipped kitchen Luxurious mattresses Coffee Pot with complementary coffee/tea 49 inch smart tv in living room with YoutubeTv provided and the ability to stream from Netflix and other apps if you have accounts There are a total of 5 beds available including 4 queens and a new queen size fold-out memory foam mattress. Guests are welcome to sleep on the couch as well!

Head to Market Square and you'll find local boutique shops like Bliss, Earthbound Trading Company, Nothing Too Fancy, Tree & Vine, and more. If you're here on a weekend, the downtown frequently hosts local festivals and farmers markets on Saturdays. For delicious food options, a few of our favorites include, Knox Mason, Emilia (of famed Blackberry Farm chef Matt Gallaher), and JC Holdway (chef Joseph Lenn also from Blackberry Farm). More casual local options include Chivo Taqueria, Stock & Barrel burger, or Café 4. For brunch make sure to check out Tupelo Honey or the French Market creperie, and grab some coffee at the Knoxville Pearl. If you are into checking out the craft beer scene, you can book a brew tour (recommend booking in advance) with Knoxville Brew Tours, and hang out in their tap room while you wait for the tour to start!
