      During the winter months, depending on the weather and high tides, guests may notice that we sometimes have less beach. Due to an unsafe sea wall condition we have no beach access on the property and we strongly recommend you use an alternative beach access within walking distance.

      Daily housekeeping is not available. The service charges includes a cleaning fee and in some cases a refundable deposit. Contact property management for details.

      Landscape improvement project is currently taking place at shoreline/lawn area.

      Beach access at the Valley Isle resort is closed.
