Beautifully situated on the 13th hole of the Canyons Golf Course in Park City, this two-story condo boasts remarkable balcony views of the morning sunrise, the manicured golf course, and the mountain ridges in the distance. This home is part of the Red Pine Condominiums, a golf-course-front property with a great location half a mile from the heart of Canyons Village. Stroll a quarter-mile to the Cabriolet Lift (ski lift), take morning walks on the trail below your balcony, or hop on board the Park City public shuttle bus to get around Park City with ease. During the Winter, a seasonal ski shuttle bus stops at the clubhouse and services most destinations in and around the Park City area as well. Back at home after a day of adventure, you'll have access to the Red Pine Clubhouse with its outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, horseshoes, and tennis, pickleball, and sand volleyball courts. During the Summer, there are three outdoor pools which include a heated family pool, a heated children's pool, and a deeper pool for adults. During the Winter, the children's pool and the deeper pool are closed leaving the family pool still open.
