As by the Beach, formerly known as Oceanside, a popular vacation rental, renamed by its new owners, is the most charming beach cottage in the north end of Dewey Beach, nested in the quiet Carolina St. Located on the ocean block, the home is only 100 steps from the most beautiful beach of the East Coast. Situated between Rehoboth and Dewey downtowns and a quick walk to either town, its restaurants, bars & shops. We can accommodate up to 8 adults & 4 children and 3 cars off street parking There is a minimum age requirement. All adult members of your party must be 25 or older unless they are children traveling as part of a family group. Every guest must be registered and verified on your reservation. We have a strict no party or gathering policy. Guest must sign Rental Agreement and provide Government ID. Although you have access to the entire house, there is one owner closet located in the secondary bedroom. We only supply start up necessary paper amenities (toilet paper rolls, paper towels). There are 3 cameras. There is 1 camera located outside the front door, 1 camera monitoring the front drive and 1 the back yard. Video w/ Audio Recording is triggered by activity. Any recording is automatically deleted after 30 days. Third Party Reservations (Guest not occupying the home) are strictly forbidden and again any channel policy. The guest who made the reservation must be an active occupant for the entire duration of the reservation. Unauthorized guests will be removed, Reservation Canceled, no refund

Kelly and Thomas both have a passion and background in hospitality. They were drawn to Annapolis’s coastal charm. One of their favorite things to do is spending time by Acton Cove with their 2 young daughters. They look forward to sharing their home for others to enjoy this beautiful and historic city. The arrival and departure at A's by the Beach is fully contactless. We won't be present during your stay unless there is an emergency at the home. We reserve the right to stop by the property at anytime but will give you at least 4 hours notice except in case of emergency.

Although you dont need to leave As by the Beach, the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Dewey Beach are just a short walk on the south side. The Jolly trolley at the end of the street takes you north and is just two blocks from Rehoboth s sparkling Silver Lake and a very short ride to all the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Rehoboth. If you prefer walking, it is a scenic 15 minute walk or you can catch the beginning of the boardwalk through the beach.
