We love real estate and creating beautiful and comfortable spaces for people to enjoy. We give guests their privacy however we are only a message away! After booking your stay, you will receive a check-in form from us. This form requires you to upload your identification which is securely shared with our company in order to secure your stay as well as verify your identity for your online payment. We prefer that the name on your method of payment matches the name on your reservation; if you use a method of payment that has a name other than the one that booked the reservation you will need to also upload photo identification for the person listed on the payment method as well as the person listed on the reservation. We also require background checks at the expense of the guest for forty dollars sent via Keycheck.

Property information

This spacious house is only leased to traveling professionals. One guest per bedroom and a total of only 4 Private Bedroom Suites each featuring one queen size bed, dresser closet and a smart tv. This house has plenty of space for comfort and security. When you enter through the front door of this home from the foyer you will be met with original mahogany woodwork that is on the floors, regal staircases, multiple fireplaces and trim. This house features two large living rooms; one on the main level and one on the upper level. The main level also features Bedroom Suites 1 and 2. The upper level living room features additional seating, a oversized desk for your convenience. Bedroom Suites 3 and 4 as well as a full bathroom are also on the upper level. Down one level from the main floor - features a full bathroom with shower stall, dining room large dining table and a fully stocked kitchen with a custom island.
