NEW in 2022, the units were completely rebuilt with high end finishes including chef's kitchen, premium floors, per room temperature control, fast internet, and designer furnishings set against brick walls. Adjacent to Columbus Museum of Art, Columbus College of Art & Design, Gemut German Beer Hall, Upper Cup Coffee, Topiary Park, and much more! *Each unit is furnished with similar design and style as shown in these photos. Due to sanitary processes, we swap furnishing frequently so your unit may look different but will adhere to our strict design and style. Hospitals like Nationwide and OhioHealth Grant are within a mile and schools such as Columbus College of Art & Design, Capital Law University, Columbus State are all walking distance. PARKING: In case we still have availability, each parking space on our lot is 95 Monthly. The car details are required. (Make, model, color, picture of the car, license plate and state). That amount will be paid separately as it isn’t included with the payment on the platform. Make sure that you have the parking pass visible on your car's front windshield. *****The loss of the each parking pass will require the payment of a 50 fee. *****The loss of the mailbox key will require the payment of a 50 fee. CHECK IN: Before the checkin, the guests will be required to send a picture of the ID or Driver License, a selfie holding the ID/DL (where both the face and document are visible) *It's important for us to know who lives in our properties, for everyone's safety. PETS: Pets are allowed at The Broad! Maximum of 1 pet per unit. (If you have more than 1 pet, we can discuss it and probably allow it, but it has to be decided by the owners)
