You need only head downstairs and walk out the door to be on the Ocean City Boardwalk at Polynesian 309, an oceanfront condo in the very heart of town. As you enter, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, free WiFi, and fantastic views from both the oceanfront living room and balcony.
