Brand new (2021) updates include new flooring, a remodeled kitchen and den, and freshly renovated bathrooms. Wake up to beautiful oceanfront views from the primary bedroom and the open-concept living and dining areas. The oceanfront balcony can be accessed from the primary bedroom or the living room, featuring a second-floor view of the tiki bar seating area (with live music offered seasonally) downstairs. The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south).
