This two-story home is located on the north side of Sunriver, about two miles north of the Village. You'll be just over a mile from SHARC, with 10 passes provided for the facility's indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, lazy river, water slides, kiddie pools, disc golf, and basketball court. The Deschutes River, Fort Rock Park, the Woodlands Golf Course, tennis courts, trail rides, and an incredible network of bike paths are close by as well. When you're ready to get out and explore, downtown Bend and Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort are both within a 22-mile drive. Greet each morning outside on the deck, the perfect spot for an alfresco breakfast as the breeze rustles through the pines. You'll have a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to assist, as well as a spacious dining table indoors for the snowy winter months.
