Is not good to make comparisons but compare to the next town, about 21 miles east where Camden is located, is a change from Heaven (Paris) to Earth (Camden). Paris is a much more evolved City I would not even think of it as a town.

I was pleasantly surprised that given the population of Paris that there was almost every restaurant and shopping option you could want, plus a historic downtown with numerous locally owned stores. Beautiful area and close to so many things to do and see.

Of course I had to make a trip to see the Eiffel Tower.
Of course I had to make a trip to see the Eiffel Tower. And then to downtown to find "Back Alley" that depicts local artist paintings on the outside backs of the buildings. A walk around the square that has been restored to its original splendor was fun. Loved the courthouse and large trees. Visited several quaint shops where the old wood floors creak when you walk like when I was a child. Dinner was at the Old West Steak House. Not only was it delicious, the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Travel was easy. I found the locals to be amazingly polite in traffic just as they are in person. Unfortunately due to an illness I was unable to do much more.

Love Paris and the entire area.
Love Paris and the entire area. It is a beautiful location for family. There is a wonderful park with a great pool. Lots of places to eat and shop. Close to lots of camping and lakes and rivers for outdoor activities.

We were there just overnight for a softball tournament.. Its just a small town with a strip of restaurants and shopping. Historic old town. Near Kentucky Lake and Paris Landing State Park. Good fishing area.
Our king room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable which was a huge plus!! We had a first floor room and I liked that we had a door to the outside where we could park right in front of our room, but also had a door that went to the inside hall that leads to the office and breakfast area.
Overall it was a comfortable night sleep but room needs a deep clean. The breakfast was very disappointing!
No breakfast. No coffee pot in room. Pool closed for repairs. Pool was one reason I picked the hotel.. staff brought in clean towels and one of them was dirty. No iron/board in room. And no blow dryer in room. These items were in ad as being in room. Bed linens appeared to be clean.
The room is decorated in a very modern theme. Exceptionally clean and cozy. No “motel room” smell at all. The manager was very friendly and helpful and offered information about things to do in the area.
The hotel was clean and comfortable with spacious rooms that were well-appointed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the free breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of choices.
The welcome we received was very warm and friendly (sorry, didn't get the name!). It's a relatively new hotel so as expected, all was clean and well maintained.
