Take advantage of the newly installed firepit where s'mores and storytelling are the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The fish cleaning house is on-site for your convenience. Feel the cool sea breeze from Copano Bay on the back porch where you can chill sitting on the patio furniture or porch swing and fire up the gas grill to cook your catch of the day. LIVING AREA Unwind in the open concept living area, which offers plush furnishings and a Smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING The sparkling kitchen is well-equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware. When meals are ready, gather at the six-person table. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and a 40” smart TV with a Blu-ray player. The main bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. Find comfort in the second bedroom, which provides a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle underneath.
