Wake up to direct ocean views! Other amenities include a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a shared outdoor seating area with a grill on the southeast patio. This home boasts a great oceanfront location that's sure to impress. Your family will love exploring every part of Mission Beach, from the sights and sounds of the five-mile-long boardwalk to the excitement of Belmont Park, the beachfront amusement park that's home to the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. It’s also a short drive to many other entertainment options, from the legendary San Diego Zoo to the splashy fun of SeaWorld. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Please pardon the deferred maintenance on the building. We are in the process of obtaining permits from the City for a remodel.
