Hello to my future guests! This is Wendy Marsden your host and owner of Hostique STR Property Management. Hostique came about through my vision of what a property management company should be. Owning my own beach rental I wanted a more personalized experience for my guest than I was getting from some of the bigger name management companies. Creating Hostique has allowed me to provide that boutique experience for my owners and my guests!

Come relax at Oceans at the Grove unit 607 in The Oceans condominiums. The views from our balcony are simply amazing, you can see down the shoreline from Cherry Grove Pier to North Myrtle. Enjoy the sparkling pool on the 4th floor which allows you to see the ocean whether you are floating in the pool or basking in the sun in one of our lounge chairs. You also have access to our newly remodeled community center that has a kitchen and lounge area right off the pool deck, a unique feature for sure. There is a bathroom for guest use also on the 4th floor as well as the coin operated laundry room. When you're ready to explore, there are restaurants, bars, a grocery store, beach stores, pizza, ice cream...everything you need right in walking distance! Our favorite thing about our condo is how convenient everything is located without fighting all the crowds. The beach in front of our condo is usually the least packed and our pool is the same. Luggage carts are available for your use. They are very useful is getting all your things in one load! Parking is in our 3 level parking garage or in the additional lot across the street. Parking passes must be displayed at all times to avoid towing. ***NO MOTORCYCLES OR TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME PER HOA*** Here is what we provide for you in our condo: BATHROOM: * 8 sets of towels to include: Bath towel, hand towel, washcloth.    **WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS.** * 4 rolls of toilet paper * Hand soap * Hair dryer KITCHEN: * Stocked with all the basic pots, pans, silverware, blender, mixer, toaster...and so on. * 2 dish clothes, 2 dish towels * 1 extra roll of paper towels * 3 garbage bags * Dish soap dispenser on counter with sponge * 4 dishwasher pods * 12 cup drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker * K-cup coffee pods in regular and decaf * Creamer packets, sugar & sugar substitute This is a self-check-in condo, drive straight to the condo & punch in your code you received via email. RELAX, EXHALE & ENJOY!!

Walkable location to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pizza, ice cream, beach stores and more. Sit out on the balcony at Murphy's on the Ocean and get one of their signature cocktails, listen to live music and look at the ocean! Looking for seafood? ..Snooky's Seafood is right next door to Murphy's, they also have an outdoor patio to enjoy. Venture out to Barefoot Landing for shopping, resturants and unique shops, you can even book an alligator advendture! House of Blues is located in Barefoot Landing and hosts a variety of live shows you can get tickets too, they also have an outdoor bar with local live music and the restaurant has some amazing food! There is so much to do within a short drive, you can plan a different event everyday and still not get to do all the great things in North Myrtle Beach! Enjoy and Explore!!
