Perfect mid-century beach house just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Across the street from a beautiful park & duck pond. Sunny, open, bright home! Quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the action. You'll have the entire house to yourselves -- 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room & extra rec room, washer/dryer. Plenty of on-site parking. Ideal for families or friends. This is a self-contained house with its own parking area, private entrance, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. No sharing with the hosts. Private house and yard for your exclusive use. Plenty of on-site parking. Self check in available. No stairs inside or outside. Owners live 5 minutes away and are always available. Large windows in every room. King-size bed in each bedroom with deluxe pillow-top mattress. Plenty of closet space in each bedroom. Locks on all bedroom doors. Foosball table! Big screen Smart Roku TV with Premium Cable including NFL & MLB. High-speed Wi-Fi. Fully stocked kitchen including microwave, full-size appliances, snacks, spices, oil, dishes, pots, gourmet SLO Roasted Coffee. Pets welcome!
