Enjoy the ocean view from the second floor living room, private balcony, or even while you are cooking up a meal in your kitchen. You can see sailboats go by from the ocean view anywhere on the second floor, simply amazing! This adorable, two-story home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel high-end appliances, a breakfast bar, adjacent dining area with seating for up to six guests, and multiple indoor living spaces. On the lower level, one of the largest den spaces you have ever seen! Outfitted with a bar, pool table, foosball table, and comfortable seating.
