Property information

Huge 7 bed 7 bath direct oceanfront mansion with guest house, pool and plenty of outdoor seating. Main house has five large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens and two living rooms. Beautiful pool overlooking the beach. Guest house has 2 apartment studios. Expansive and breath taking ocean view to watch sunrise or dolphins play. Bike along the beach to the lighthouse or watch the surfers. Ponce Inlet is an adorable beach town with shopping, local restaurants, entertainment, fishing & more. Located in south Daytona Beach Shores in a quintessential Florida beach town. Near local surf spots, fishing and dining. Private home nestled amongst other private residences, please make sure to be respectful of the neighbors. No house parties allowed. Bike ride to local dining, lighthouse or marine science center. Enjoy the surfers at the jetty. Wake to the sun rising with dolphins playing. You will want a car to get around but bring or rent bikes too as our beaches are great for bike riding. Great area to cruise in your car, motorcycle or Jeep. Head on the sand and try driving on the beach...or as we say, enjoy a coast on the coast!
