This oceanfront penthouse unit is a great place to build memories. Come enjoy a weekend or better yet, a week-long stay with your family and friends. This is an property has 5 beds and 2 baths and is a penthouse condo on the 3rd floor This oceanfront penthouse unit features open concept living, cathedral ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and private deck overlooking a spectacular view. Almost every room has a built in skylight, giving you a view of the stars. This property is ideal for gatherings with family and friends for a long stacation or remote working. This is where you can bond, share stories and make memories with your loved ones. Everyone who comes here loves it. I hope you will like it too. In addition to high speed internet we feature "YouTube TV w/85 chns" that includes many sports channels. Other apps available. Located near Salisbury town center, Carefree Arcade, Joe's Playland, Salisbury Beach Carousel and Blue Ocean Music Hall. The town of Salisbury is near Seabrook, Hampton, Rye Beaches, as well as Newburyport, Plum Island and Kittery, Maine. Boston is only one hour away. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises.
I am engineering consultant still working for a living. Outside of work, I like to travel, hike and camp. I exercise a lot and running is my favorite my favorite activity. I volunteer for several organizations and spend my time and skills educating and creating awareness for young individuals going through schools and colleges. This is my vacation home that i don't get to use much so i am offering you to come and relax.
