Welcome to your dream beach retreat in the heart of Mission Beach, San Diego! This stunning home offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and proximity to all the coastal attractions you desire. Step inside this recently remodeled gem and be greeted by a bright and open floor plan that seamlessly merges the indoors with the outdoors. The spacious living room boasts plenty of seating, including a cozy couch sleeper for extra guests. Relax and unwind as you take in the breathtaking ocean view from the comfort of our home. With three bedrooms, this home offers plenty of space for everyone. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, providing convenience and privacy. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. One is furnished with a queen bed, while the other features a bunk bed (twin up top and full below), perfect for accommodating up to 10 guests. The large deck is an ideal spot for sunbathing, entertaining, or simply enjoying the cool ocean breeze. The expansive driveway and one extra garage space provides ample parking space, a rarity in Mission Beach. We also provide beach towels and chairs for you to enjoy the beach. No AC but many fans provided.
We recently remodeled the unit and obtained new high quality property manager and cleaning crew. Our customers loved the new open, bright and clean environment!
Location is everything, and this home does not disappoint. Just steps away from the beach, you can easily spend your days basking in the sun, building sandcastles, or taking a refreshing dip in the Pacific Ocean. The world-renowned Belmont Park and the thrilling attractions of Seaworld are also within close proximity, ensuring endless entertainment for the whole family. The unit is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and beach shops. Belmont Park is 5 blocks away. Sea World(3 miles), Gaslamp District(8 miles), Old Town San Diego(5 miles), Zoo(10 miles), Balboa Park(8 miles) and La Jolla(5 miles) are only a short drive away. Just bring your beach towels, this is the perfect place for your vacation!
