Beautiful one bedroom condo with amazing ocean views and 65" Smart TV! There are 2 bunk beds perfect for young guests, luxury vinyl plank floors and a stand up shower. Your private balcony overlooks crashing waves, and steps to the beach. Seaview pier is 3 miles away, shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes away. 30 minutes from Wilmington International Airport. NO PETS, PLEASE. Verification and DEPOSIT thru Superhog REMINDER: THE ATLANTIC OCEAN HAS TIDES FROM -1 FEET AT LOW TIDE up to 6.5 FEET AT HIGH TIDE. THERE COULD BE SEVERAL HOURS A DAY WHEN THERE IS LITTLE OR NO BEACH. HOWEVER, IF YOU WALK ON EITHER SIDE OF THE CONDO COMMUNITY, THE BEACH IS WIDE OPEN. Beach Renovations occur occasionally throughout the year.
