Welcome to the beach! New owners have taken over this lovely Ocean Break condo in North Ocean City, so you'll be treated to fresh paint and significant updates completed in May 2020. This light-filled condo boasts a partial ocean view from the patio and a prime location mere steps from the beach, restaurants, mini-golf, and - of course - ice cream. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a polished living room with a flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead outside to the balcony. Ocean Break enjoys a wonderful location in North Ocean City, one block off Coastal Highway and two (very) short blocks from the beach. You'll have access to a rooftop pool with a view of the ocean and a number of excellent restaurants, casual eateries, shops, and attractions in the surrounding blocks, including Dumser's Dairyland, The Fractured Prune, and beautiful, 58-acre Northside Park.
