In one of the quietest streets of the Grandview Heights Historic District, this charming cottage has been meticulously restored and updated. The detached guesthouse in the back is a fully self contained 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen/living/dining room and a luxuriously updated bathroom (with separate laundry room).
