Original hardwood floors lead to a bedroom retreat with an ensuite bathroom awash in natural light from the open beam ceiling with skylight. A smart TV to view your favorite streaming services, air-conditioning, and a dedicated garage make this the perfect beach getaway. An additional feature of this private cottage is the terrific upstairs deck that generously expands the living space with dining seating, a gas grill, and bench seating. Plenty of storage space is available for storing surfboards and hooks for hanging beach towels after a fun day at the beach! Swim, surf, boogie board, body surf, skim-board, or sunbathe – the beach at 40th Street is perfect for all this and more! Jetties keep the surf manageable for most of the year and shape the waves to make the beach here more family-friendly.
