This charming newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home is ready for you to come relax after a long day exploring our lovely little historic city. Enjoy the new hot tub, our outdoor space just got even better! Our famous Florida sun is available in gobs on the back patio with outdoor dining and seating. Choose your designated family chef to curate a fantastic dinner using the propane grill or in our well equipped kitchen. Wake up to a fresh cup coffee in the morning using the Keurig coffee maker, complete with starter pods included. Relax with a refreshing beverage using the equipped bar, enjoy on the patio, next to the propane fire pit, or while taking a soak in the hot tub to unwind after a day of exploring. The amenities are endless! On days where the sun and humidity are just a little much, take refuge in the shady screened front porch, or when it's just a little too brisk you can still enjoy the warmth from the Florida sun in the 'Florida' room. Euphoria Vacation Homes is comprised of a bunch of crazy dog ladies, and we are thrilled to let you know that this home is fido friendly! As long as your babies (2 max) are under 50lbs each, feel free to bring him/her along (**there is a fee involved, paid separately**), please reach out and let's discuss your best friend coming along to explore our pet friendly town!

This home is a short drive away historic downtown St. Augustine (3 miles) or Vilano Beach (4 miles). Located in ideal distance form wedding/event venues such as the Fountain of Youth (2 miles), Carriage House (1 mile), or the many other local wedding/event venues here in the Oldest City! Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) is just a short drive (1.5 miles) - "FSDB is a fully accredited, tuition-free state public school for eligible Pre-K and K-12 students who are deaf/hard of hearing, blind/visually impaired, or deafblind." Schooners Seafood House is a short walk (.3 miles) - "Enduring haunt plating fried shrimp & other platters of fresh-caught local seafood."
