Stylish beach home with 2 beds, 2 baths. Newly remodeled, ground floor bed/bath suite, sunny patio with fire pit, open concept kitchen, skylights, and cozy fireplace. Close to coffee places, restaurants, bars, beach rentals, and local markets. Walk to PB, Belmont Park, and South Mission Beach.

The house is in the heart of Mission Beach that is a peninsula. Steps from the Bay 🏖 in one side and steps to the beach 🏝 in the other side. A lot of fun coffee places, restaurants, bars, beach rentals, and local markets around it like: Guava Beach, Miss B’s 🥥 Club, Better Buzz Coffee, Olive Cafe, Surfari Surfing 🏄‍♂️ School, Juice Waive, Cheap Beach Rentals and more! Walk to PB, Belmont Park and South Mission Beach. If you are going to be around the beach in Mission Beach and Pacific Beach you can get around with bikes and scooters. Fun! :) Mission Beach is really close to the airport (15-20 min). We do not recommend a car if you are staying local. If you want to do some exploring we have a garage that fits one full size car plus one very compact/mini one. It fits an SUV. If you have a large Truck it won't fit.
