Before arrival, guests are required to pay a US $50 charge for the damage waiver. This fee must be paid 7 days before the arrival date or along with the reservation fee and is non-refundable.

The damage waiver covers accidental damages in the property above $500.

Pet fee applies $75 for up to 4 nights, $100 for up to 7 nights and $150 for up to 30 Nights plus.

Guests must complete the Identification form and provide their IDs at least one week before their scheduled arrival date.
