This lovely guest house is tiny but has everything you need for a comfortably stay when traveling in downtown SJ area • 200 sqft • everything new inside this guest house • 1 free parking + no kitchen • walk to SAP Center (1.3mi), San Jose McEnery Convention Center (1.2mi), Downtown SJ (1.5mi) • walk to San Jose Regional Medical Center • quiet neighborhood, centrally located in sj, mins to silicon valley urban lifestyle • 120+ high tech companies nearby (google, adobe, oracles, etc.) • uber is easy and convenient The space 1 bedroom • 1 bath • no kitchen, no washer/dryer • the parking lot is a sharing area PARKING: 1 free parking space available at backyard. Extra Yard and roadside parking first comes first serves. Other Things to Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of 200 USD Dollars per pet per stay. To provide a more homely experience a damage protection program is in place to secure after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!
