Come stay at the Pine Haven Getaway! The home has the space for 10 guests and is located in the very popular Linville Land Harbor neighborhood. The home has four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two bedrooms (both king beds) are situated upstairs, while downstairs, you'll find a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and the convenience of two air mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked and complete with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea! Families with young ones will appreciate the availability of a high chair and travel pack 'n play. In addition to central heat/AC we have an electric fireplace with a heat option. We have three TVs equipped with cable and streaming options, and a dedicated workspace upstairs for those who need to stay connected. The large game room is downstairs. We have a washer and dryer available with complimentary washer pods & fabric softener sheets. Outside, a beautiful deck furnished with a couch and rocking chairs provides the perfect spot to unwind. Down below the deck, on the side of the house, is a spacious outdoor area finished with a fire pit and chairs, ideal for evenings under the stars.

The picturesque Linville River runs through the neighborhood, adding to its charm. From May - October you can enjoy the neighborhood Patio Grill which is just a 5-minute walk from the house. **Some amenities have additional fees: golf course, fishing permits, pickle ball and tennis courts.
