Beautiful New England lakeside retreat only minutes from New England's most populous city! NOTE: You are renting a private bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy (shared) access to the main living areas of this nicely appointed home along with many unique features such as hot tub, kayaks, home gym, and nearby rail trail. But the highlight of this beautiful location is the 100+ frontage along Namaske Lake. Watch the sunrise over breakfast on the 42' deck or soak in the large hot tub under the stars.
I was very lucky to acquire this real estate gem 2 years ago and I love to share it. I am nearing retirement and enjoy dancing (ballroom), music performance (orchestral violin), tennis, travel, and various other activities on a regular basis. I also enjoy meeting new people which is why sharing my space on Airbnb has been such an incredible experience.
This section of Goffstown is friendly and recreation-oriented (lots of boats and RVs, etc.). We are right next to the most populous city in New England (Manchester, NH) and can easily get to downtown in about 18 minutes.
