Newly remodelled home where luxury meets location! Naupaka Breeze is equip with climate controlled AC in ALL rooms! This home is fashioned with modern appliances mixed with stylish decor! Breathtaking ocean views of Laʻie Bay on an Ocean Front Property located on the envied Laʻie Point peninsula. Just a 3-minute walk to a white sandy beach with private access! Spa like amenities and accommodations you are sure to lavish yourself in! Your Naupaka Breeze journey begins here!
The Makai Property Management team is here to help deliver the best in customer service so you can sit back and relax during your Hawaii vacation. Our Property Manager lives locally and can help with all of your requests and can give great recommendations for the best in local food, activities and fun! We respect the privacy of our guests, but we are available anytime you need. We will notify you ahead of time if we are off island, but someone will always be available for you to contact. We would be happy to share any information about our beautiful community of Laʻie, the North Shore and O'ahu.
Laʻie Point is a residential location. We love our neighbors and have known them all for years. Please be respectful to their privacy and comfort by keeping noise levels down and the area clean. We would love for you to host small gatherings as long as it is limited to the amount of people reserved for the location. Non-registered guests and visitors are not permitted on property. Public transportation, the bus, stops frequently at the bottom of Laʻie Point at "bus stops" headed in both directions on either side of the street. Nearest car rental can be located at the Turtle Bay Resort, but prices are typically cheaper at the airport. There is also limited Uber drivers available in the area.
