Just two blocks from Coastal Highway, this two-bedroom retreat boasts easy walking distance to groceries and convenient stores, plus access to on-site features including a pool and deeded boat slip! Bright and updated, the breezy interior is designed with modern comfort in mind. The open-concept main floor welcomes family gatherings and the full kitchen comes complete with all the major, stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) for home-cooking. There's seating for seating for up to six at the eat-in dining table or you can enjoy meals al fresco on the private, pool-view deck equipped with a gas grill and patio table for four. In the evenings stream shows and movies on the smart TV. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer. Upstairs bedrooms share en suite bathroom access and each bedroom includes its own sink/vanity. The primary bedroom also features a private balcony with deck loungers. A half-bath on the main floor adds household convenience.
