Hello happy travelers! We are Owen and Kristin, and we love our job of creating magical retreats for our guests to stay and relax in. Owen is a former contractor and I am an Alaska Airlines flight attendant, and both are real estate brokers. We pride ourselves on creating a rewarding experience for all of our guests. We buy (or help our clients buy) unique properties all around the PNW. We then remodel these homes to chic faux-rustic design. All the way through sourcing furniture and stocking shelves the process goes on. We love family, skiing, hiking, traveling, gardening, photography and searching for new properties to renovate. Our adventure started 10 years ago as house flippers and helping our clients do the same. Things took a turn when we completed our 3 cabin remodels. The plan was to finish and sell them so we could roll into other flips, but the night before listing, while sitting around the campfire, we decided to roll the dice and keep the cabins and turn them into Vacation Rentals. This great room property features 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, epic views from the great room, dining area, and large gather deck facing the West, Mountains, and Lake. Perfect place to gather with friends and family, open a bottle of vino and take in the view and sun. If you're a golfer you can step right onto the course at the 12th hole in your backyard. If you love water sports, we have a great marina with paddle boards, kayaks, and boat rentals available. Mountain bikers and hikers paradise just up the road to Galbraith and Lookout Mountain. Great eats locally at Tino's (they deliver) and El Agave in Sudden Valley. Also an awesome little store, Valley Market and Deli that stocks just about everything. Drive a little farther and say hi to Sam and Nancy at Milano's in Fairhaven. Maybe grab a few pints at Boundary Bay and Kulshan breweries in Bellingham. Enjoy the many eats and sites of this PNW paradise. This private estate will relax you as you enjoy our fully stocked home with plush linens. The entire home and property are yours to privately enjoy. No different in amenities than our other fine PNW experiences, and you will feel right at home here :)

We want to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 1) All your information for directions, check-in, house information, codes, check-out instructions will be emailed to you 2 days prior to your arrival. 2) We are NOT pet friendly here. We have 10 other pet friendly properties nearby :) 3) We do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Please do not arrive early, or stay past check-out. The cleaners will be there by 11 AM. If the cabin is ready before the standard 4 PM time, our team will message you. The cabin is usually booked back to back with every guest deserving a fully cleaned and presented cabin :) 4) There is a nice marina and park just walking distance away from your doorstep. 5) AllTrails is a great resource for your local hikes and excursions. 6) Weather forecast for your planning should be Sudden Valley Washington. 7) Closest gas, grocery, restaurant, coffee, and bars is 5 minutes away at Sudden Valley Market and Deli, Tino's Pizza, and El Agave.
