Just 200 yards from the beach and pier, this charming vacation rental in San Clemente is perfect for two! Escape to Southern California and walk to the beach every day from this pier bowl condo. For your comfort and convenience, this Monterrey D condo includes a full kitchen, an ocean view, and a cable TV with cable. Outside the sliding doors, a small ocean-view sitting area is provided. The area surrounding the pier has a small market, a few family-owned restaurants, a coffee shop, a frozen yogurt shop, and the famous Fisherman's Restaurant on the pier. The quaint downtown area of San Clemente, Del Mar, is only a few walking blocks away. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> This vacation home is not equipped with air-conditioning or central heating (ceiling fans and ocean breezes for cooling; space heaters only).
