Property information

Large, bright studio with French doors leading to a private terrace partially shaded by an avocado tree canopy. Lounge in the sun of your private deck, enjoy a morning soak in the hot tub or champagne by the fire pit under the stars. Newly remodeled and beautifully furnished, this studio offers a large walk-in shower in the redesigned bath. The kitchen is stocked for light cooking or reheating leftovers from one of the excellent local restaurants minutes away or utilize the outdoor grill.

Located between both Montecito and Summerland, this location offers easy access to everything the area has to offer.
