Newly renovated with high end appliances, fixtures, and furniture. Perfect for family and group trips. This home is located in San Pedro and has a gated private back yard, Hot Tub, BBQ grill, fire pit and plenty of seating. Conveniently only a short distance to the Waterfront Marina, Los Angeles Cruise Center, and Fish Market. -3 Bedrooms each with private patios -2.5 Bathrooms -Chef's kitchen -Hot tub -2 front parking spots -AC/Heat -Two indoor fireplaces - Double shower in master bedroom

San Pedro has a free hop-on hop-off Red Trolley! You can also take an Uber ride or grab a public scooter. Parking is available in the driveway for two cars. Street parking is also free, but please make sure you pay note to the street sweeping signs posted.
