Modern loft in the heart of downtown! This sunny space with high ceilings & Scandinavian charm overlooks South Gay Street and the sprawling city beyond. When you stay here you are just feet away from some of Knoxville's best eateries, shops, theaters, and football! Just a 2.5 minute walk to market square! • 55-inch smart tv in the living room with YoutubeTv provided and the ability to stream from Netflix and other apps if you have accounts. • Luxurious mattresses • Fully equipped kitchen • Regular coffee maker • Free Parking Pass • Gym on the basement floor • The free parking lot is about 3 blocks away There are a total of 4 beds available including 2 queens, a large couch that 1 adult can comfortably sleep on, and a new self-inflating 22-inch deep queen-size air mattress! *** PLEASE NOTE- This apartment building is being turned into condos. So there are some transitions that will be taking place. In October, this rental will move to the 1st floor to a unit with an identical floor plan.

We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you've never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville's charm is on every side of you stretching from the Old City to Market Square and beyond! You are also within walking distance to the University of Tennessee and big orange football.
