Hi there! We're native Oregonians in a family of 7 with 14 grandchildren and counting. Coming from a large family hosting is native to us and we love it! We hope you feel cozy and welcomed in our home as we invite you to be our guest. Lonny and I first built our home 20 years ago and his love for building and mine for interior design of homes has taken us to where we are now. Because we are in the business of hospitality for local and international guests, we take a lot of pride and care in what we do and hope you'll feel this love reflected at each of our properties.

A beautiful single family home on a large private lot, step back from the hustle and bustle of life and relax in this tranquil oasis. This single level home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private kitchen, dining, and living area. Walk out onto your covered deck with great patio lights and sit down for a meal or game night as the kids run the yard. There's so much to love about this property including it's location! Private and quiet but near both downtown Albany and Corvallis, this gives you easy access to the valleys many activities. Pet policy: We are glad to host your pets too. There is a pet fee for dogs. Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. We ask for compliance in a few house rules: * Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come! * Do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We do offer a Rover Service if you need to be gone and need care for your pet. Ask us about it. * DO NOT allow them onto the bedroom carpets. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free. When the carpet was pulled up, there were MANY pet stains. All owners say the same thing about their pets. “They are well house trained”. * If you are staying in the properties with floor rugs, please roll them up and put to the side. This is in your best interest. Pets DO pee on the rugs when you not looking. Trust us on this! * Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided to ensure compliance. * Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you.

Private and quiet with it's own large driveway this neighborhood is a peek into rural living while still being close to all the modern amenities.
