Renovated private 5 bedroom , 3 bath house located at foothills of Hunter Mountain. 2 top floor bedrooms have queen beds, lower 3 bedrooms have double beds with. Sleeping for 10 people, but can accommodate 12 counting the couches (not sofabeds). There is a bathroom on every floor with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. There is also a hairdryer. Living room and kitchen is one open space. There are 2 kitchens stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans and spices. Stove with oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Upper kitchen has a dishwasher. 2 Living rooms with big couches. TVs have fire stick or roku guests can sign into their accounts via wireless internet. Outside you can relax on the deck with mountain views. There is a gas grill. House has two driveways with parking for up to 5 cars. There are 20 steps from upper steeper driveway to the house. Parking at the lower, flat driveway requires walking uphill. No smoking indoors, but allowed on the deck outside. House is on a steep hill. less than 1 mile walk to Hunter mtn. ski lodge and Hunter village main street.
I'm an avid snowboarder and skier. I enjoy traveling the world. I decided to move to Hunter from NYC. I fell in love with the area and you will too.
House is located on a quiet street. 8 min walk on dirt road will put you at Kaatskill Mountain Club Hotel & Spa with great restaurant, bar and pool. 10-15 min walk (almost 1 mile) is to Hunter Mtn. lodge and Hunter Village with, bars, restaurants, library, movies and theater. Smiley's Taxi service is available in the area. We are 1.2 mile from the Bus Stop.
