This spacious townhouse is a wonderful retreat for families and groups looking for a fun filled getaway by the beach in sunny San Diego. This property is centrally located in the most exceptional part of San Diego. Walk out the front door and you are less than one block to the ocean or head the other direction and within a block you can dip your toes in the bay and paddle board. Home offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beachy-chic themed, large flat screen TVs in the living room as well as in the master bedroom, linens, towels, various supplies, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. are offered for your convenience. The townhouse features ocean views from the kitchen, light & bright open floor plan, upgraded kitchen with granite counters & stainless steal appliances, warm carpet, new windows w/ plantation blinds, a wet bar, spacious master suite with an attached bathroom & balcony. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a Jack and Jill full sized bathroom, one room with a King sized bed and the other with a Queen.
