The place you are booking is in an annex, at the back of the house we live in, in the backyard. It is a room with a combined kitchen and a bathroom inside the room. It has a queen size bed and a TV that accesses Netflix via Roku (we dont have a cable). It is a mini-studio (the name mini already indicates that it is a smaller space, but it has all the basic utensils you may need.

We are a family that seeks to be very receptive, so you will probably find some of our friends here when when you arrive or during your stay. Sometimes we have meetings at home on weekends, always with helpful and friendly people, and we try not to disturb our guests, because we use the garage space, so sometimes when you arrive you will have some of us from family or friends trying to help you with your check in. Dont worry, we are a respectful family. You will be safe here. And you will have your privacy preserved. But if you also like to make new friends, you will be very welcome with us. We have a small mixed Chihuahua dog that lives inside our house, he does not enter your space, but because he is a dog, he usually barks when you arrive, but he is adorable with people who like animals.

We are located on one of the busiest avenues in Sarasota, so please pay attention to check-in. You must go straight out of the avenue and enter the courtyard, there you will find your reserved place (on your right). I just wanted to clarify that even though it is a street full of cars you will be silent in your room as it is behind our house. Also, it's a great location, practically close to everything you're looking for, super accessible to the main supermarkets (Walmart and Publix), just 3 minutes by car. It is also close to bars and restaurants. Best of all, just 10 minutes drive to Siesta Key beach. Typically, you will be much more comfortable if you use a car to get around. However, as we are on a busy street, we have a bus line that connects Siesta Key beach to downtown, with several bus stops across the avenue. But there is usually no public transport on the quieter streets of the city. But you can use the Uber and Lyft apps that operate in the city. But if you enjoy biking, there are several bike routes in town, including from here to Siesta Key beach.
