The space • 2,000 sqft • sanitized, self-check-in (contact-free) • free parking • fast & stable wifi • newly renovated • 1-story high end finishes /w plenty of parking Managed by | Marbella Lane | Full-service vacation rental property management | Top performer by AirDNA 4 bedrooms • 2.5 baths • 1 kitchen • No shooting and hunting • Please be aware this is a desert environment, there are critters in-and-out once in awhile • Laundry & storage is located in the garage. Garage is a shared space. Housekeeping staff might access the garage during your stay. They will access the garage through the garage door and not through the private space of the house or backyard. •Due to the strong wind in the area, the cowboy tub will not fill with water. Please inform us in advance if you need the additional service to fill the cowboy tub on the day of your arrival. (A 60USD fee per tub refill). Other Things to Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of 200 USD Dollars per pet per stay. To provide a more homely experience a damage protection program is in place to secure after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!
