Superb location, friendly staff and rooms are exactly what’s needed for a city break. I WOULD IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. On arrival we were met but a relatively small queue and it didn’t take long to get served. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Selka who upgraded our room to a King. We were also only charged £100 deposit instead of the standard £50 per day. Note you get this back pending no issues with the room. I read loads of reviews before we went to NYC and people are slating the rooms. I’m not sure what you want from the middle of Times Square without paying an absolute fortune. Yes the rooms are dated and have issues but you sleep and shower in them that’s it. The beds are comfy and they’re cleaned daily. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a short break I can’t recommend the place highly enough.

From the moment we entered the lobby, the hotel smelled great and looked great. The staff were welcoming. The room was very clean and smelled clean. The establishment was very clean. We were on floor 17, the Roof top nightclub was on floor 18. You could definitely hear the music bumping throughout the hallways, but in the room, we could barely hear it.... definitely a plus for that!
